In my opinion, Naruhina and ShikaTema are likely to happen.

Naruhina-
In the a recent chapter(Spoiler alert), Naruto held Hinata's hand, and to many,, that told him he was accepting her love. But later on, he told Minato that he was going out with Sakura(Not true at all). Hinata didn't even get fazed by her 'friendzoning' though, and still loves Naruto deeply. Kishi wouldn't be stressing this couple so much if he didn't plan on doing something with it. Hinata was also the first person to notice Naruto's suffering, before he even met Iruka. She loves him deeply, no matter what he does, and is even happy with him being with another girl, if it makes him happier than he would be with her. Naruto, from the beginning of the series, has shown that he can be very protective of her, not as much as Neji, but he does seem to want to protect her more than the others. He also refers to her as "Hinata" and on rare occasion "Hina-chan". In Japan, only the closest of friends who know everything about each other or couples can refer to each other without the ending in their name, which could be a reason Hinata blushes every time Naruto calls her that. And while Minato did "approve" of Narusaku, he doesn't really know anything about her, does he? And Naruto already knows Sakura loves Sasuke, and would turn her down again if she tried to ask him out. Naruhina has been seen throughout the series, from the first chapter/episode of Part 1. It's been four years since then, and though Naruto hasn't returned her feelings at all, her love for him just gets stronger and stronger. And remember Neji's dieing words? It sounded like he was saying that he died so they could be together, but that's only me.
Shikatema-
This has been hinted since the beginning of Part 2. Temari seems to be the only one to be able to get Shikamaru to actually work if it isn't something Shikamaru has to do to protect his friends. She and him always fight and argue when they get close to each other, and Temari has been given multiple panels were it shows her alone admiring Shikamaru for something. And I can't really explain it, but Kishi has been giving a lot of characters the chance to comment on how Shikamaru and Temari are always around each other during the war, even though they're from different villages, while the other villages are all staying close to their own ninja at the beginning. Now, I hate to reference filler, especially for the non-anime watchers, but filler is meant to give us more info on the plotline. In the episode, a reanimation confessed his love for Temari. Temari had sent him flying, rejecting him, while Matsuri had said "Aren't you already in love with someone? That intelligent guy?". Also, if you look back to Part 1, after the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, while Gaara and Kankuro went back to the Sand Village afterwards, Temari stayed behind with Shikamaru.
