What could Base Naruto really do to Sasuke at this point? Even if Naruto pulled out 9 tails chakra like he did against Neji, Sasuke can use CM at will.

This fight basically went by who was stronger, 1 tailed Naruto or CM2 Sasuke. Arguably Naruto lost because he was trying to prove the whole "headband scratch" thing but that's still a loss.

Are you even looking at him ._. Drenched in sweat and panting. Base Naruto was implied to be stronger than Pre-SRA Sasuke anyhow, and would have killed Sasuke if Kakashi hadn't stepped in.​

Re-edited my post, I see the panting sounds in the panel.

Manga has proven Naruto's Rasengan and Sasuke's Chidori are equal. They stalemated twice. Kakashi could've meant it's a better jutsu than Chidori, but Sasuke is better at Chidori than Naruto is at Rasengan.
If Naruto pulls out 9 tails chakra, Sasuke pulls out Curse mark, after eating the "pill" he can use it at will like the sound 4.

I really hope your talking about back then and not part 2. Your point also negates your argument, Sasuke stalemated Naruto's Rasengan after he got his Curse Mark buff. While Naruto remains unchanged from the rooftop fight.

Sasuke would have been killed or at least have lost that fight.​

And still loses. He couldn't hold CS2 back then for any extended period, as soon as he activated it he was complaining about the pain having to wrap the fight up. Naruto has that same problem with 1TK but it took an extended time for that to kick in, by comparison Sasuke's took effect immediantly.​

Naruto can't pull out 1 tailed chakra at will. He only pulled it out due to the frustration that Sasuke would try to kill him. Sasuke wouldn't pull out CM2 unless forced to as you said earlier. But the fight would end anyway like it did after 2 minutes due to the explosive damage CM2 and kyubi chakra clashing had.

Kirin isn't Chidori. So we won't have to. I could have just as easily said that Bijudama counts for Rasengan since Rasengan was modled after it.​

So? Are you not following this basic logic?

Naruto and Sasuke were going to clash and Kakashi stepped in and stopped the fight. It was implied Naruto's Rasengan was stronger and was shown as such. Was also implied that Sasuke could have died.

Sasuke gets stronger and clashes with Naruto resulting in a stalemate.

This outright proves that Sasuke would have lost that clash in their first fight.​

With killing intent Sasuke would have been killed by 0TK Naruto or 1TK Naruto so it really doesn't matter.​
