I'm not sure how to read the feeling.
I'm just thinking it would be more moving as a lonely blossom, but that has no reflection on what you are trying to convey.
It's dispirited and lovely at the same time.

I was trying to make a simple painting that has a deep meaning to it
I decided to do sakura tree in reddish purple because when you think of a sakura tree, it is either white or pink and you think of love, correct?
Well, what I felt at that time was love but in a darker side of it (sounds creepy lol ) so I painted it with darker colors.
