Shishio has red eyes. Before his attempted execution, Shishio had black eyebrows, black slicked back hair ending in a high ponytail, and a fair complexion. After being burned, Shishio's skin is brown and cracked, sometimes appearing red. He wears wrappings around his entire body to ease the pain and hide his deformity. The remains of his hair stick out of his head bandages in tufts. Over his bandages, he wears a robe, which varies from indigo to purple depending on lighting.

Personality:

Shishio is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. He strongly believes in the concept of social Darwinism, where the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy throughout the series.

However, he is not completely heartless. In spite of his sinister nature, he seems genuinely in love with Yumi whom he professed understood him as thoroughly as he understood her. He also possesses a dark and twisted sense of humor, claiming initially to Kenshin that he had enslaved an entire town so he could bathe in the hot springs with privacy. He was also able to form bonds to a degree with Sōjirō and Hōji.

Shishio displays an extraordinary level of intelligence and insight, leaving the impression of an evil mastermind. He is extremely crafty, being able to hide from the Meiji government despite their efforts to find him, and his plans nearly succeed in bringing them down. He is also quite manipulative and is skilled in exploiting a person's psychology to facilitate his own devices, such as he does with Usui and Aoshi. He also learns from his mistakes; after his brush with death from being knocked out with a bullet to the head, he takes to wearing a hachigane (iron headband) to keep that weakness from being exploited

Shishio makoto was born on a dark night in Sunagakure. Shishio grew up all alone because his parents never had time for him. At the age of 15 shishio was on a mission with his mother. When out of nowhere 4 rogue ninja appeared. This was shishio's first time in real battle and he was excited but his mother told him to not get involved. Shishio was really disappointed because he wanted to test his abilities. His mother looked at him in the eyes and told him that his time will come. His mother attacks the 4 ninjas but she failed and was killed easily. Shishio was crying and devastated. He couldn't believe it. One of the 4 ninja told him that he will let him live but that the day he grows into a man he would have to fight him and kill him. Shishio looked at the man and told him that he one day will kill all 4 of them. The other ninja's smiled and said we can't wait kid.

When Shishio returned to Sunagakure everyone was happy to see him alive but he told the bad news to everyone. One of the village leaders came up to him and gave him more bad news. The man told him that his father was killed in battle. Shishio was devastated. when shishio returned on that day to his house he said that he will kill everyone that gets on his way.Two days later shishio decided that power and hate was the answer and he started to hate everyone. Three years later he was on a mission but he didn't fallow instructions and he went to find the four ninja. Once he found them he challenged them to battle but he was still weak. The four ninja burned his entire body and was left on the ground. A day later he was found by some of the Suna shinobi and was taken back to the village.

Mako is generally aloof and indifferent, though he is not incapable of genuine kindness and a protective demeanor. It is implied that Mako has excellent control over his emotions. He tends to act in a critical and controlling manner.
After Mako lost his parents, he waswilling to do whatever was required to help him survive in the ninja world, even going as far as scamming and stealing .
Eventually, Mako abandoned these immoral activities, but refused to admit the criminality of his past actions to Better, as he firmly believed he was only doing what was necessary to survive.Mako has always put the interests of safety and survival ahead of other things.
Living on the alone has given him a "hard-edge",though he seems to relax when he is with Better or when he achieves something important. Mako has a wrathful side to himas well. He has the fear of abandoning someone close to him due to the loss of his parents to a ninja of the land of fire.

Mako was born by a skilled uchiha in konoha ,being skilled himself,he graduated from the academy at age 5,he was supposed to fight a sound nin to finally show everyone his powers for his chuunin exam , orochimaru attacked the leaf killing his parents in the process,he got angry as orochimaru was brought up by konoha

He immediately ran away from konoha as the leaf thought he was dead,Living a miserable life as he learnt how to fend for himself by stealing money and food from travellers

One day,he decided to rob a man who was travelling,the man caught him being skilled himself,Astonished by the boy's skills,Raikage Better took him into kumo as an S class ninja and his adopted son

Living in the Raikage mansion ,he met sokka who was a friend and a brother,Sokka told him his history although he refused to share his keeping his past to hinself

Kouha appears as a young boy with an androgynous aspect. He has long pink hair, short in the back and has three braids on his fringe, and pink eyes. He also wears a blue hat with a design on it that has golden wings, two long red veils and a white chinese-like dress with a pair of shorts. He also wears two golden bracelets, each with a green jewel, but his Metal Vessel is his sword.

Kouha appears to enjoy hitting his attendants, especially the females. He also has a twisted personality - commonly known as "yangire" in Japanese - and takes pleasure butchering his enemies. He also loves the sight of blood and is well known for his eccentric personality.

Kouha also has a nice and extremely caring side to him, especially towards his attendants. When they were thrown away and left to rot, Kouha came to them asking for magic users. He bandaged them, clothed them, smiled at them, and appointed them. Though they think they are ugly because they have to be bandaged up, Kouha tells them that they aren't ugly, that it is proof that they have seized their power and paved their way of life, and adds that it's charming. This is why his servants love him so much now, and even ask to be hit by him.

Kouha was born in Kirigakure. Having two older shinobi brothers made him yearn to become a shinobi. When he turned 8, he joined the Ninja Academy, under Fourth Mizukage Yagura's rule. He was forced to kill his classmates, not enjoying it straight away. By the time of Kouha getting his Genin title, he had turned sadistic and enjoyed striking down whomever he must.

When he turned 13 years of age, his older brother Kouen decided he wanted to travel through the nations, and Kouha followed. He respected his older brother, and when Kouen decided to settle in Sunagakure, Kouha stayed there with him, where they currently train.
