Is he the best villain eva created? I believe so....for a individual to use his dead friend as a weapon along with five others is insane. Then they all have there own individual powers, all have linked eyesight (crazy) , many other attributes but the NAME says it all PAIN ! How crazy is that.......wat u dew u think?

wow, you must've been watching the pain arc. Well he is indeed a powerful foe. Yes he is one of the most greatest villians. The only person who is his equal is Shino.

I think Tobi is a better villian just because he was able to capture the nine-tails and fight with the 4th hokage and get owned but still came back to take naruto, minato's son and now naruto is going to beat Tobi too and Tobi is so much stronger than pain and is very knowledgeable in many forbidden techs and space/time ninjutsus so he is probably the most badass.

Pain was definitely one of the best villian though, no question about it! xd
