We've learned few quite things about the Lionfist and accroding to the databook , lionfist does not only increase the shape & form increase mid range destructive attack and or block all the chakras point but also sap all the chakra to whomever he/she touch. That is pretty OP.

A secret high-level Gentle Fist technique, taught only to the main family of the Hyūga Clan. By changing the shape of Chakra released from both hands, [the user] greatly increases reach and destructive power. The arms become entirely like lions which drain the Chakra network of those they touch.

Because it will fail at even the slightest mistake in Chakra control, it is extremely difficult to learn this ability, which is a feat that requires the Byakugan.

However we've never ever seen the actual blow from the twin lion fist attack so it's hard to determine whether it's really Op according to the databook which this brings up more question how powerful is this attack???

Do you guys think the reason why Pain evaded the attack is because if he got hit, he would've been wreck thus he had to counter Hinata with Shinra tensie instead of taijutsu to completely knock her down???

I think the Last Naruto the Movie is going to show Hinata true potential with her lionfist.

Why shouldn't a person evade any attack to begin with?

Deva wrecked her. It's just like that.

Yeah Hinata did in the anime. Nagato started coughing up blood and it gave Hinata a chance to hit him.

But like I said, Pain's bodies were dead, so I doubt it would have worked anyways even if she did hit him in the manga.
Really?? I don't remember none of that, the only time she did is when Hinata broke a rod with her lionfist.

That's if she could land a hit. That beating given to her by Pain was brutal. Goodness sake

Even if she landed a hit it wouldn't do anything, Pain was tanking six tailed Naruto's attacks with minimal damage.

She never touched him. He hit her with the heisman.

Obliterated is a bit much. 9/10 if she landed a blow. That effected area would be unable to use or mold chakra.

It would most likely render that path useless. and he'd have to get another body.

Yes, if he was hit, he would have lost. However, before her haters scream "fanboy" we all know that wouldn't happen because of Deva Path's almighty push. Also, Pain didn't "evade it". That was anime only. He used his deva path abilities to repel her. There's a difference.
