Sage Mode can sense, and it's a fact that his Sage Mode is A LOT better than Naruto's, so yes, it comes to common sense that he can sense and even better than Naruto, mate. Also, Sasuke's Susano'o can't tank Menma's Galaxy Explosion for one simple reason; Menma can use it all day long without getting tired and it would eventually be destroyed.

The only one who really stands a chance against Menma in this fight is Pain with his Chibaku Tensei, but it would also get blown to oblivion.

I just remembered. That's true, I don't think Sasuke has PS. I don't know why people think that when Sasuke mixed his Susano'o with Naruto's Kyuubi, it became a PS. It was just what it was stated to be; Susano'o mixed with Kyuubi Chakra. It wasn't even half the size of the PS.
