Pain vs. Minato

Minato.
There may have been six Peins, but in all honesty, it would only take one Minato. I'll make my reasons very simple, and easy to understand.
- Although Pein had an extremely fast, and powerful Jutsu, Minato still would have been faster.
- Minato would have figured out where Nagato was in about 5 seconds, and gone after him faster than the Peins could catch him.
- Minato was excellent with sealing Jutsu, he would Pein away with easy most likely.
- If Naruto could use brute force, and shadow clones to destroy Pein, I think Minato could've just used speed, and minimal force.

pain doesnt stand a chance with KONOHA'S YELLOW FLASH!!!
For Naruto to be able to defeat pain, i know that minato would have equally done that,faster than you can think!!!,with all his techniques especially the "flash".

it depends on what you define by power
-you can say that pain is more powerfull because he has a larger scale attack, in other words more firepower
-but minato is more powerful against shinobi, in other words a better fighter
Depends about what shinobi you are talking about. For example: I think Pain would defeat Itachi way more easily than Minato (heck, Im not even so sure if Minato would defeat Itachi, its a close call), the same with Orochimaru. And by "more powerful" I means hes just more versatile.
i think that it is the same with itachi he doesent have massive scale attacks but is more suited to fight other shinobi than pain
imo: the thing that makes pain seem so strong (well he is extremely powerful and in the top 5, 6 or 7 imo, dunno on which place but so are minato and itachi imo) is his massive scale attacks but him against a shinobi just didnt impress (however still it was amazing) me as much as itachi did against lets say kakashi, kurenai and asuma (kisame was more or less a puppet of itachis who was not suppost to attack without itachis leave) and the time 30% no MS itachi was basically playing with kakashi, naruto, chiyo and sakura
and i think minato would have more far more trouble with itachi than pain
I think that Minato would win because of his speed ^_^ Don't get me wrong I think it would be a tough fight, and Pain would be a hard oppnent, but I think Minato would win....but that's only my opinion!!! My opinion doesn't matter!! I mean it doesn't need to!!!! Teehee ^_^

True, but when 30 percent itachi was fighting with kakashi, naruto, chiyo and sakura I don't think the group was giving it their all mostly because imo when you're in a group you don't fight to your fullest ability or give it your all as if you were alone. But you're right he was playing with them.
