Pein (the 6 separated bodies) can't win this, if there are no restrictions Tobirama can make a pretty good distraction with edo tensei/bombs while Minato can take down some paths with rasengan (Naruto showed that Rasengan > Pain bodies)

Also, with knowledge, Tobirama and Minato would know their main target is Deva path and Animal path, then they can rape the rest low diff...

if its six paths their eyes wont be able to keep up and the bodies will be taking out one by one
if its just nageto with out six paths i think it would be tougher but it would eventually get to the point where there are so many tags for ftg that the two of them would just destroy him...and if he does planetary devastation or what ever its called tobirama could send 1 or 2 'edo bombs' into the center while minato and tobi teleport away from the pull of the jutsu that or minato will port the 'meteor' away with s/t barrier ....one on one i think pain vs minato can go either way....add in tobirama and i see the kages wining 10/10 times

Well to be technical, he got the Yin half of Kurama before death, meaning he got it while he was alive.
