Pain vs. konoha (without naruto)

Last time, naruto interfered and beat pain luckily , because pain wanted to capture naruto not kill him.let this aside,
If naruto didn't got there, still many shinobi were alive, guy team, hokage, danzou, and others
So what do you think what would've happened if naruto wouldn't have appeared.gimme your opinions.

btw. pein didnt kill tsunade. She used all her chakra. he only killed the frog,kakashi, and shizune

Danzou refused to enter the battle.
If I recall correctly, he hid underground with his ROOT-division, and ordered them to stay there until the ruckus calmed down. He wouldn't have fought Pain at all...
