Nah, stop overrating Pain. He won't be able to deal with 4 Kage level opponents. He had problems with Jman and Naruto too.

to be fair, without Onoki i don't think they have any counters for CT

A can blitz him.
Gaara can overwhelm him with a sand Tsunami. Or when Pein uses the shinra tensei against da sand, A can blitz him. 5 seconds would be more then enough.
And Mei can use the Kirigakure to blind the rinnegan.

Even with Deva blind he can still use Chibaku Tensei, but I really don't think that's needed.

Mei is basically useless due to Preta. Preta can also absorb the chakra in Gaara's sand, making it useless. He should also be able to absorb A's raiton shroud.

A can't blitz Deva since Deva usually sits in the middle of the formation. Even if he does Shinra Tensei has enough power to break his bones.

Tsunade gets destroyed by Asura since her speed blows.

Gaara eventually gets overwhelmed by summons.

Chibaku Tensei isn't even needed.
