Sasuke was able to reach juubito in mid air with his v3 and launch attacks at him. Once deva levitates, sasuke simply jumps with his V3 and attacks him either with enton arrows or sword slash as am pretty sure deva wil be left open. To put it simply, sasuke jumps and attacks him before he unleashes cst, or he summons his hawk and takes flight using amaterasu on deva. Its ic for him as he used Ama on madaraa from his hawk. For Chibaku tensei, am pretty sure multiple enton or normal sussano arrows shuld be able to take care of the core at its beginning before it begins to gather shape( if he has intel btw) or sasuke can use he's perfect soosano sword to slash it or his enton blade, either way he can destroy the core. Having the ability to stop someone before they execute a jutsu is the best form of countering the person but yh I undastand what you. Oh he most certainly does. With his v3 and enton combo, he can casually destroy all other paths bar deva, let's be honest, the other paths aside preta and deva are fodder to his enton soosano and can't harm him. Having Ems means he can hold up soosano without much effort so he can casually pick them off. Sword slash takes care of preta and like I said he could counter deva. If the deva uses St, then sasuke casually destroys it while its on cooldown. I haven't even brought Ps into the equatiion so yh he rapes pain. Nagato is a different story tho

Pain stop at obito. Shinra tensei is useless against kamui. However, six paths of pain has a better chance at edo itachi. Even then they can't seal itachi.
