i think pain wins and heres why there are six pains
deva path - easily overwhelms kakashi without kamui with shira tensei
asura path - can shoot rockets and pulse beams.
human path - if touches you you die. without kamui kakash beats
animal path - summonings turns battle from 6 vs 1 to 10 vs 1. easily kills kakashi.
preta path - absorbs any ninjutsu and sucks chakra out of body if he can grab you.
naraka path - brings back other pains. kakashi can kill without kamui
in the fight with obito before naruto gave him his chakra(before juuiobito) kakashi was able to pull off 3 kamui's before getting tired and unable to fight. im going to humor you and say kakashi quickly snipes preta, asura, and naraka. he then gets swarmed by animal path. or any match up still leaves someone powerful enough alive to take kakashi with the help of the other pains
now realistically they would swarm kakashi and animal path may start off with summons. he could try and snipe animal path but it would leave him open from the rest of the pains to attack him not to mention asura path will shoot rockets so i doubt kakashi would have the time to pull out a kamui.
anybody that kakshi does manage to kill gets brought back by naraka path. lets say he does snipe narake path, not only would aroud 1/3 of his chakra be gone he would also be to tired to find of animal path and asura path. any chidor's gets absorbed by preta so CQC would be out of the question.
what do you think? if he did somehow in a bs way manage to snipe 3 pains the 3 left would swarm him as he would be to tired. considering one of them would have to be naraka path(or he'll just bring the sniped pains back), who ever is left can easily take a tired kakashi
the big contendors are

take three out and a tired kakashi will not be able to find off one of them with the help of two other pains. not to mention if he doesnt take out animal first she uses summonings and he gets swarmed
