Cell was a dumb villain and that if you thought about his goal and his level of intelligence... He would of realized he was stuck in an endless loop and never would have absorbed the androids in the first place. But instead kept traveling through time and absorbing every living creature with significant power to increase his own.
So by the time he reaches the androids to absorb and get the power boost, he's even stronger and to him, more perfect.. But.. It's just him going through an endless supply of universes never ceasing to absorb beings.
Pein is not as retarded as Cell.

I would have thought that Pain would have been Freiza. Pain destroyed Konoha like Frieza destroyed Namek and they both kill a lot. He pushed Naruto to his max in his new form just like Freiza pushed Goku to his max on Namek when he turned super saiyan.
Madara has cells personality in the way that Cell wanted to only fight Goku and thought the only person who stood a chance was Goku. Madara wants to fight Hashirama and only him, thinking only he would have a chance and entertain him.

Oh! Brother I had meant more or less the feel of the saga's than actual exploits or traits of each character. There is a world of difference between DBZ and Naruto. I think the least of the Villians in Naruto were better than the best in DBZ lol. And yeah Oro is so Frieza.
