2.Tsunade's punch is much more focused , but Katsuyu can kill that, Acid slime.

Phisical attacks won't work on the dog, Period. Only Amaterasu and suffocation canonically killed it. Once you are puled by Bansho Tenninyou won't be able to react. KCM Naruto had to use chakra arms to do so. SM Naruto could not react. Kakashi could not react. Fukasaku could not react.
