Naruto can't maintain V1 for that long and Sasuke can't keep the Sharingan going forever. So as long as Naruto doesn't claw with a chakra arm and leave her open for a Chidori to the heart, she'll see this through.
I'm not going to fully count out the possibility that they can take her though. They're still primary combatants where she is only secondary, and the stats say that Naruto is as fast as Shippuden Sakura in Base form, and Base Sasuke slightly faster.
