Appearance
Ozymandias is vain in his appearance, clothing himself in the finest garbs and jewellery his nation has to offer. Wearing a light black bodysuit that accentuates his muscular figure, the abundance of golden accessories are not only a symbol of his power and wealth, but that of the nation he rules. He carries a metal crook on his back with gold and blue stripes, which is both decorative and practical in purpose, an instrument of fashion and war. Amongst his more casual outfits, Ozymandias typically favours high-collared jackets and trousers, which often come in black, white, or gold. He still maintains his flamboyant accessory choices, wearing golden necklaces and bangles. When calm or displeased, his hair hangs down over his face and around his head, and is turned upright when he is elated or tensions are running high.
Personality
Ozymandias brims with unswaying confidence, conducting himself as a supreme being in a matter-of-factly manner. Just as naturally as birds fly in the great skies above, as fish swim throughout the vast seas below, he is a God-King; the pharaoh. Though he likes to refer to himself as the King of Kings, he prefers that others address him as Ozymandias, believing that all should know his name and prostrate themselves before his radiance. His attitude towards others depends on his mood; should he recognise them as having a kingly disposition, he may take counsel from them. Should another around him be of noble heart, or of a saintly essence, he will take further interest in them. However, he insists on being treated as one would rightfully treat a king, and will not dangle his head to anyone. Further, no matter the passage of time, his beloved will always be Queen Nefertari, and his peerless friend shall always be Moses.

Background Information
Ozymandias was born to the pharaoh Seti I and Queen Tuya in a distant continent, far removed from other parts of the ninja world, the Tobusekai. From the moment of his birth, he was preordained with the title and duty of a pharaoh. All of his infant years were spent within the walls of Seti’s palace, not to leave until he was grown. Though he grew older, the time he actually spent with his parents was less than that of their subjects, being forced to pass the days away with his retainers, waiting to be with his parents whenever the time came. His father was a natural-born ruler, having brought the country to the height of its prosperity thus far during the course of its two-thousand-year existence. It was also during this time that Seti was forced to the battlefield for some time, meaning that Ozymandias was left with his mother as his only parent for a time. The enemies Seti was facing were known as the Hittites, an army from the nation of Hattusa, who were contesting land in a competition of expansion between them and his subjects. On the morning of Seti’s departure for the battlefront, Ozymandias stood at the grand doorway leading out to the courtyard of the temple, watching as his father rode with his army towards the distance. The sky was a violet colour, the orange of the sun shimmering behind the clouds. As he watched the dust behind the last horses settle, Tuya came to Ozymandias, kneeling next to him, assuring the young prince that soon his father would return. Ozymandias simply nodded in silence, keeping his eyes glued to the stars in the sky. Someday, he would stand there with the gods, with the world under his rule.

Anubian Pact: Ozymandias is a practitioner of the sealing arts, incorporating its unique capabilities into his techniques and fighting styles. The crook he carries on his back is marked with a seal that allows him to wield it without need for direct contact. Combined with his mastery over the elements of Lightning and Fire, he is granted access to Mystic Fire, a special type of flame that possesses neutrality to all elements, and exhibits unique qualities due to the incorporation of Fūinjutsu. He has the Cygnus seal on his left pectoral, over his heart, which reads 'Repository', and is connected to the usage of Mystic Fire.
Pharaonic Might: Supplementing Ozymandias' usage of Atmospheric Lightning is a specially crafted set of armor named after the Egyptian goddess of war, Sekhmet. It is as much ceremonial as it is protective, taking the form of multiple golden plates and gauntlets which shield his body. His Atmospheric Lightning techniques are passively strengthened and imbued with greater chakra, due to the energies sealed within the armour being passively unsealed when utilising them. The weapon also passively projects a protective barrier around Ozymandias that can be used to quickly neutralise incoming attacks or enemies with minimal effort.
Gift of the Throne: Ozymandias is a current holder of a Holy Grail, being classified as a Divine Spirit. As a Surgebinder, his body is a conduit for Prana, an energy that both originates from and acts as a gateway to an alternate dimension known as the Throne. Objects it touches are instantly transported there, including other forms of energy. Consequently, foreign energies or substances which attempt to enter his body are transported to the Throne before they take effect, meaning that abilities such as Sage Mode and the Curse Mark become useless, and Medical Ninjutsu and other forms of Chakra Transfer become ineffective. Ozymandias' Prana exhibits a golden colouration, an oddity amongst the Fallen. By default, all of a Surgebinder's techniques are imbued with a small measure of Prana, just enough to change their colour but accomplish nothing else. This causes his Fire and Lightning techniques to adopt a bright golden colour. Ozymandias has access to all four Surges; Evocation, Armament, Augmentation, and Transcendence.
Imperial Privilege: Ozymandias is a user of both Yin and Yang Releases, and as such is privy to arts and techniques which are capable of directly manipulating the body and the spirit. The first is a unique element known as Eridian, an advanced form of Water Release which, via combination with Yang Release, is able to manipulate the physical age of objects it touches. The second is a scripture called Verg Avesta, which allows the user to create black and red ribbons from Yin Release that can corrupt the minds of others on physical contact.

Once placed, the seal creates an invisible, form-fitting barrier on the object which is able to exert directional force and pressure on it, similarly to that of Infinite Embraces. Description: Sekhmet is the name of a goddess of war in Egyptian mythology, and in her name, a unique set of ornamental armor was created. It is not so much designed to protect, being more decorative than practical in this regard, but rather, its true purpose is to enhance the user’s offensive capabilities. The pieces of armor on the upper body include a circular band which fits around the shoulders and over the chest, arm bands which fit over the triceps, gauntlets which protect the user’s entire forearm, as well as the top of their hand, and bands which wrap around the back and partially over the user’s abdomen. An intricate set of bands, plates and rods sit securely on the user’s waist, with smaller bands on the user’s ankles and near the toes. The armor will easily protect the user from freeform attacks, such as that of basic tools, but is ill-suited to defend against proper techniques. In the process of the armor’s creation, Dendera Light was infused into the pieces through Fūinjutsu. In battle, the energy within the armor pieces is passively unsealed and imbued within the user’s Dendera Light techniques, which results in their empowerment. Functionally, this translates to an increase in power by an additional rank, effective on techniques up to S-Rank, with jutsu above this gaining an additional 10 points of damage, as well as the technique being granted an additional 10 points of chakra. The chakra drawn into the armor from the user fuels not only its augmentative capacity, but an entirely separate ability as well, one that is more defensively-oriented. That is, a translucent barrier that is invisible to the naked eye (though detectable through sensory, Dōjutsu etc), that upon detection of any object that enters or appears within its perimeter (the barrier has a 5 meter radial area), it will unseal the energy within the gauntlets and manifest it upon that object in order to destroy it. The strength of the elemental energy drawn on by the barrier will be proportionate to the object it attempts to neutralise, reaching a maximum of a base S-Rank technique. In the case of enemies themselves, it will instead manifest as a spherical bubble of S-Rank energy only slightly bigger than the invader, intended to restrict their movement. The bubble will not move from where it spawns, making it necessary for an opponent trapped within to destroy it before they can resume movement. The barrier's detection is passive and active at all times, though the energy bubble/technique-destroying surge that the barrier creates costs a move, being instantaneous in nature, and can only be done four times per battle in total. The user is able to perform other techniques and actions simultaneously to the barrier's energy projection. Naturally, the user will be notified of anything foreign the barrier detects as well.
