I'm sorry I don't get. So i'm just gonna take it literally probably like an ass but oh well.

Shisui was considered a genius officially for his Kotoamatsukami(genjutsu manipulation ability) and Shunshin no jutsu(technique similar to Minato's FTG). It was also theorized that he may have had some talent in Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu and Genjutsu since even Itachi thought of him as an older brother. This is why he was revered as a genius.
Another thing, Shisui with both eyes is much more stronger since he can use Kotoamatsukami twice. This suggests that if Shisui were to use the technique twice then logically he will have to wait for 20yrs. Obviously Shisui is intelligent and so would use one on a shinobi while the other would still be available for use. :yeah:
