I believe if you say something important too many times it loses its effects, for example when you say i love you way too much, there´s gonna be a point where you are gonna say it without really meaning it, i think the same happened in this manga there are jutsus that are way overuse.
To make my case lets talk about MS, it was said that only a few ones awakened the MS nevertheless all alive uchihas have it, susanoo it is the same when itachi introduced us to susanoo, it was really impresive and badass but now everybody who has MS has one by default .
The more important ones rinnegan and senjutsu of the six paths, they were said to be godly techniques that only a few could attain, when we were introduce to rinnegan with nagato it was the greatest and coolest doujutsu which made things interesting, then obito got it and obito used rinnegan in a totally different way than nagato making it still interesting, then we got madara rinnegan which introduce us to limbo ,still a just a little bit cool and when sasuke got it i was already like mehh same old same old.
The senjutsu of the six paths was the same when obito got it we were like wow he can turn all ninjutsu into nothing, he can fly, he has the gudo damas , he can throw multiple bijuudamas and so, when madara got it was like all he did, obito did it before, show me something new and when naruto got it, i was like mehh here we go again, and then to top it off the worst senjutsu user ever kaguya.
I dont know the story made those godly powers look like candy that everyone could have, for me the rinnegan lost his touch when sasuke got it and the senjutsu lost it for me ever since madara absorbed the juubi, and it kind of made it worst to see how easily naruto and sasuke got their powerups, overuse and not original powerups.
