Overrating Kamui

I dont get why people say Kamui is OverPowered. Yes it is really a dangerous technique to be fighting against with but hey, it has got its limitations too! It leaves a lot of strain to the user and even right now Kakashi's dying in the battle field for using it successively. As for Tobi I dont know why he has never shown any sign of exhaustion after using Kamui, but Im sure Kishi has an explantion to that.
And Overrated? Dont think so. Kakashi and his Kamui is NECESSARY in the current plot since it's not only a way to counter Tobi, but it also leads us to a revelation about Tobi's character.
If any jutsu is OP it would be Edo Tensei! no weakness and Kabuto didnt even seem exhausted after reviving a whole army of awesome shinobis.. haha! its only weakness is the user's carelessness to let loose someone who knows how to break from his hold >> Itachi and Madara
