It is said 2nd Mizu got part of his body blown off due to jinton while Muu got hit by jokei boi. Muu used the body-split but was still in fatal condition. Mizu who was also in fatal condition thought he had won until Muu showed up and finished him off. Muu died quickly afterwards from his injuries.



People say Minato>Current Obito when Minato had a time and almost lost to MS Obito. They say since he beat MS Obito he can beat rinnegan Obito who is really not all that different.

So Mizukage and Muu were equals... I don't know what that guy was talking about then.

Only a fool would say Minato > current Obito. However, the only reason he nearly lost was simply because of the sneak attack from behind. That was it.

First off, nothing is know about the situation. We don't know, if they both were at full strength from start, where it was, or if one ambushed the other.

Anyway, I thought it was directly said in the manga, but it isn't. But Muu in chapter 525 directly says that he killed the 2nd mizukage, and the mizukage is sort of asking if he killed Muu too. Judging from their techniques, 2nd mizukage has his jouki boy, which could kill anyone even after he dies.
And Muu has no real defense against jouki boy.

Besides the OP said that they were "equal" so they should be around same spot in lists. Even if they did have a complete tie in a 1 vs 1, with all equal battle conditions, it wouldn't make them equal in a top 20 list, because that is ABC logic, which everyone knows doesn't work, when making such lists. You need to compare them with other shinobi as well..

As I said no proof truly backs this up. To consider 2 people equal, it should directly be said somewhere, or you should see an actual 1 vs 1 battle between them. None of this is mentioned in the manga.

Judging from what is said in the manga, Mu and 2nd mizus were from the same clan. Onoki notes that the Jouki boy technique was developed by Muus ancestors, so they are somewhat related. Quite interesting tho.

So they are probably equal, anyway, what my point is, is that Kishi hasn't given solid evidence that they actually are equal. The alliance didn't consider them equals. But if they fight each other, ones skill may be more suited to fight the other. For instance Muu is a brilliant sensor, which should give him the advantage. Judging from this, I wouldn't really put them equal in a list.

Misconceptions

-EDO Itachi defeated Kabuto via forbidden eye technigue. If Kabuto was serious and fightning to kill Itachi would be a mindless puppet and Sasuke in his stomach.

Just because Muu vs Mizukage2 became a draw, doesnt have to mean they are equals in general.
Against each other they are equal due to a draw, but if they both had to fight 10 1 on 1's vs other people, than both could do totally different.

About Kabuto, I agree. Kabuto(without edo's) stomps Sasuke and Itachi .

So, how is Kabuto going to make Itachi a mindless puppet when he already was free from Kabuto's control?

New mindcontrol tag. It almost happened. Itachi got sliced in half and If Sasuke didnt have his brother, than Itachi would have a new mindcontrol tag placed in him

agreed for the most part, especially the underrated list.

however, minato was definitely in above obito's level at that time. remember that he had a son,wife and village to protect, plus the kyuubi on the rampage, and obito had intel on minato. he had a serious handicap in that fight yet came out with flying colours. of course, now things are very different what with the rinnegan and juubi.

and kakashi's kamui is a seriously overpowered ability in that kakashi can both use it over a short-long range, and attack to kill or warp entirely. it's a legitimate 1 hit kill ability with no counters at his level of mastery. offensively, kakashi's kamui is superior by far to obito's, and obito makes top 5 easily (of course obito's kamui is then very superior defensively). imo kakashi is above sannin and itachi level now, his improvement has been phenomenal, second only to naruto and sasuke's since the timeskip.

also Hiruzen's hype still stands imo. he has both the hype and the feats to put him above HAshirama. hopefully Kishi will clarify the part 1 power scales though, as all the hokage have been adjusted to part 2 levels bar hiruzen, as his part to play in the storyline is over.

When lots of people talk about Nagato being able to stomp Hashirama, than I dont feel that character is still underrated .
