i dnt think the chakra chains is why she was considered that, it might have played a part in it but i doubt it was the bulk of it

Here is how I would do it...

Naruto will first,

awaken the byakugan,

that will then evolve to sharingan,

sharingan 1T 2T 3T,

then straight to EMS(MS skipped because I can)

then evolve to rinnegan.!!

Note:
Naruto can switch between all the eyes, Has all the MS tech, all the rinnegan techs.!!

Kushina survived longer after the extraction and even after getting pierced by Kyuubi but Naruto is quickly passing away...

And not being a complete Uzumaki, he can't manipulate those chains...

When have you seen the chains up against the TBB to know?

BM Minato wouldn't be faster w/o FTG. Naruto has a Mix of BM and SM which would put his speed over minato's.
Nothing in manga suggest madara is a better sensor. Madara cant sense negative intentions of others.

He may not have to be full blood uzumaki to access chains. And as a word of advice (directed to bold), I would never limit any character's ability based on speculation alone, because when the author decides to give them whatever you said wasn't possible you tend to look foolish.

An example of this was when people said naruto couldn't clone BM (before he actually did), or when people said hiruzen couldn't use all 5 elements and his hype was retconned (then he showed it), also when people said naruto would never get a kyuubi mode and sage mode fusion. These are examples of when people stated a character couldn't do something and ended up looking foolish afterwords. Just a word of advice, you should never openly claim a character cant do something unless manga clearly states they cant.
