This is true however, it is comprised of the same appearance and nature. This may mean that as a physical move in the real world....this is what it would be. Naruto in his inner world may Judy be able to make an imitation of this move as a method of stopping Kurama. The Sage fought and defeated the Juubi which Kurama is partially comprised of....I wouldn't be surprised if the Sage had created psuedo mental traps/coded in stopping sequences in his Bijuu creations as a means for other Jinjuriki or for whomever he believed would host the once again reformed Juubi as a way to keep it in line!

It is compromised of the same appearance, but done differently. Torii Seal was through the 8 tri-gram seal, while this is through SM.
