For the ones saying Obito, isn't gonna be powerful as the sage, cause he needs Kurama and Hachibi.. umm no.. He doesn't need those 2. He is simply in a form prior to the final form. And according to Hachibi (Gyuuki) that is normal or something. So Obito will be transforming 1 more time.
