In above scan it show you that Hagoromo met with Naruto and Sasuke and I assump that he met them simulteniously. If that true, can we consider Hagoromo had nigh-omnipresent ability?

Yin - Indra - Sasuke.

Yang - Ashura - Naruto.

Since, both Naruto and Sasuke had the component parts of Hagoromo's chakra, they both met him at the same time.
