[Question] Overhyped Characters?

So i sometimes see people that are overhyping a character for example last week someone told me Lee would be stronger than the most Akatsuki and im just like why? And he just tells me lee has the same techniques as gai so he is on gai level but thats no prove
So my questions which characters In the Anime/Manga universe you think are overhyped?

but after time skip if she honed her skills ,learn rotation + the fact she now have Hamura chakra to amplify her jutsus I can see her surpasing him way easily

But I still thing speed of 6 gate Lee can be huge factor there I can see Lee beating him

If that's the case then Naruto can beat everyone by using the substitution jutsu a million times. She wasn't ready and obito was too quick to react to.
