[Discussion] Overall Thoughts/Review: 630

[The Paradox]

Ok, not sure if I can say this is my first review or not since I've done them with each chapter discussion, but it's the first one I've done off of that, so yeah.

Anyway.. The chapter was a jumbled mess, it was like someone with serious focusing problems wrote it. First we start off with Obito and Kakashi, talking about the same thing as when we left them (as expected), Then we get the Juubi turning into a Pokemon readying another blast... and Sakura actually says something useful out of nowhere? All of a sudden we are then whisked away back to Obito and Kakashi when things are starting to look interesting and they exchange more words on the same thing... Then Minato's kunai is able to take the blast away? Since when... B couldn't even deflect a small one.

The only things that stood out for me was when Kakashi took Obito's words and turned them on him along with adding "One who ignores a friends feelings is worse than that" at the end of it all was just pretty neat. Also MINATO IS THERE!! So I am excited to read next update.

Overall thoughts? I would have liked to have another chapter of just Kakashi and Obito so we could get this nonsense out of the way and focus on just the war and the Kage... ARE THEY OK!? We have too much going on right now, it would've been better if we got to see the end result of the talk-no-jutsu last chapter.

It gets a safe 2.5, which for me is "meh could've been better".

I though the chapter was good. You can never please everyone honestly. When there are talking chapters its "not enough action", but if there is action its "the story didn't progress". This chapter had a nice balance of both worlds. We had an update from the kamui world and also got to see the Alliance. Best of all the story did advance because the Minato arrived, the juubi evolved and for once the Alliance did something. Finally as always the chapter had very nice artwork as well.

I think people tend to downplay chapters a lot these days. They just damn the storyline to hell because they want to see flashy jutsu from their favourite character and if they don't get that they rate the chapter as trash (sasuke fanboys cough-cough). In the grand scheme of the Naruto storyline this chapter added new and necessary info. It wasn't rush and it wasn't drawn out either. I would like to see what the Kage are up to and if they are died, but I know that we will find out at the appropriate time in the story anyway. Honestly I would rate it 4.5/5.

it was fine...i mean i know what you mean but i didnt mind the fact he was switching on and off myself lol im very glad sakura got some sort of panel time this time besides jsut a shot of her or kakashi saving her or something.

and who isnt excited minato is on the battlefield!! and naruto even knew it already! did he really deflect a tailed beast bomb though??
