I would say Sasuke, for the reason that he gained way too much power for such a short time. I think that his training should have been a little more drawn out, even if he is an Uchiha and Itachi's brother. It should have been kept at a moderate pace IMO just like everyone elses. So now he is an OP'd character. Chances are he will off himself in the future cause he is going to realize his mistake, and wind up killing to many innocent people.
