-healed Obito's wounds
-transplanted his eyes to Nagato when he was baby
-brainwashed Obito by simple words
-predicted almost everything in the series
-fooled Hashirama

-analyzed the gokage techniques successfully and countered them instantly
-analyzed Obito's orb powers
-analyzed all of the alliance techniques
-destroyed the HQ
-created tactics to fight equally against the Senju
-uses his ability to strike enemies spirit

Lets not also forget Tobirama has commented that there isn't anyone other than Sasuke who can reach to Madara's prodigy skill.

He created his own dimension, gained immortality, created tons of jutsu.
He has MASSIVE knowledge of the whole NV, human body modifications and enhancements, medical stuff.
He managed to run several hidden bases and laboratories spread around the whole NV successfully, despite being one of the most sought after criminals.
He used his knowledge and intelligence to find Kusanagi and Ryuchidou.

And most importantly. He achieved it all WITHOUT any KKG or Senju/Uzumaki/.../ DNA and stuff.

I agree several haven't got nothing to do with intelligence. @Bold Yes, that is quite obvious. But it isn't easy to apply knowledge in a given predicament, nor further the development of a jutsu to an extent with possible research - something others could merely dream of. Come back when you can identify that as intelligence.
