why can't we change the password of our emails to the ones that we had before?

and why this keeps happening? why this virus keeps getting my main account? -.- how can i keep it from happening?

Gmail is the best email service provider out there, if you have virus problems on Gmail as well, then you need to check your computer itself for viruses. Or watch out for ny malicious websites you might have subscribed to. The User Interface is simple, if it seems confusing you can just search for explanation videos on youtube.
