[Theory] Outer Path: Space, Time, and Life

According to philosophy, Space, Time and Thought are interconnected and existence itself depends on it.

It goes back to the old saying," does a falling tree make a sound if no one is there to observe it?"

Well, does space and time exist if there is no conciousness to observe it? That is what deep philosophers think about. Well, Kishi incorporates this idea in the Outer Path.


The Outer Path of the Rinnegan has control of all three.


Space: Sasuke's teleportation, Madara's Limbo realm, Kaguya's dimensional manipulations.

Time: Hagaromo's ability to transcend time via chakra.

Life: Control over life and death. e.g Rinne Tensei.




The Outer Path has control over existential properties.


On the other hand, the 6 paths has control over physical properties: gravity, animals, chakra etc.

This is a theory.


The Rinnegan is known for having 6 paths and a 7th Outer Path.


I don't think the teleportation falls under the 6 paths. So it makes more sense that it falls under the mysterious outer path.
