Out of the K11 who deserves to be the head of they're respective clan?

Yup Ino helped redirect the Juubi's tbb which wouldve killed alot of the shinobi that were on the battlefield at the time and Shikamarus intellectual feats during war speaks for itself besides Choji needed a pep talk from Ino and Edo Asuma just to fight the Gedo Mazu

Yeah he did! It sucks that Sai doesnt have a clan or anything his abilities are unique i wouldve liked for him to take Danzo's position of Root once he died probably wouldve given his character development closure instead being the side character of Team 7

Shikamaru clearly should've been appointed as his clan's leader; however, knowing Shikamaru's persona the metaphorical "x is a drag" statement instinctively played a part -- Intelligence is far more valuable than physical strength i.e. Itachi in various scenarios. Strategic mindset allowing an individual to plan several hundred steps ahead > physical strength of any proportion.

I don't think Hinata's performance because she's mastered Jūken and knows a Twin Lion Fists is a high-level secret Gentle Fist technique. I jump at simply think Neji is smarter, stronger and has already proven himself of being a capable leader. Plus he solos her..

She's already one of the, if not, the most powerful female currently alive. Not counting Himawari of course. In any case, she doesn't care for such a petty title and handed it over to Hanabi.
