Nuclear bomb > 99% of narutoverse however edo tensei beings, juubi jinks, and teleporters ( obito, minato, tobirama) would not have any problem avoiding nukes.

I don't know of any counters human world has to edo tensei, doubt we would ever hit obito, and juubi jink madara should be capable of life wiping over a period time- a few juubi bijudama a day- means the end for our safety

Us humans are rather quite advanced technology wise. We can combat using fighter jets, fire nukes from high above the ground. If we have 1 week of prep we can beat Naruto verse.

Factors that will matter
* If the shinobi forces are allied or not
* Distance between humans and shinobis

If fight takes place on Earth and the shinobis are around 5000 km away from us, we can use fighter jets to nuke them. I doubt if they can shoot down hypersonic jet fighters from the ground with bijuudama. Our jet fighters have great projectile abilities

Juubito himself created a shield which protected him from those multiple Bijuudamas and received no damage, so even multiple Nukes won't harm him. His Shinra Tensei would probably blast away a continent. With Juubi's Chakra, Madara would create a second moon with Chibaku Tensei.

And Juubi's Jins have Mugen Tsukuyomi.

Guns solo most, it's the top 1 % that threaten us.

Lol- chaining edo tensei-- edo dedeira would blow himself up, edo madara summons susanoo, edo Nagato Uses shinra tensei....

We have no lasting counters to edo tensei at all.. We have No means of restraining a top teir shinobi.

Mugen tsykiomi slaughters. Edo's regen after nukes, obito warps away from nukes, etc
Lastly- how would we find them? To know we're to send a nuke?? Obito can teleport, naruto and his dad can teleport armies, between henge no Justu, and zetsu clones, ninja are capable of perfectly assimilating into our culture.

Truthfully, juubi jink+ teleporter could solo out verse.
