Well Sasuke and Sakura did probably some stuff just the 2 of them. And he was also a year home. Not sure anymore about sakura going with him for some small time. But in that of screen time it became probably clear for Sakura that Sasuke loved her. But hey they are Sakura's words not Sasuke's we will see next chapter.

Yes and no. Kishi made it open to interpretation, either they don't love each other at all or they do. If they break up maybe it will be enough for Sarada to awaken her dojutsu but I can't see Kishi going that route

If that's the case, then I think "our feelings" should actually be "your feelings", because Sakura is clearly trying to tell Sarada that her father cares about her (she was comforting her, and this is what MS version portrays as well).

Either that, or "our feelings" is not a mistake, but by "our" she means Sasuke, herself, and Sarada, not just Sasuke and herself.
