(Kawauso Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Spike)- Otter Summoning Technique: Spike

Description:The user smears blood on his Otter Tattoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Spike the otter. Raikou is 4ft tall and is 10ft long and is very strong. He is also a little faster than the other otters. His tail is the source of his strength and can knock a grown man out cold when it is swung. He doesn't have any elemental affinity but he posses the ability to harden his fur so they become as hard as steel because of that he hardens every hair individuately he looks like he has countless short spikes on his body. He can also fire some of his fur twice per battle like short senbons. Due to his ability to harden his fur he is immune to C rank and below regular ninjutsu when he has hardened his fur.
~Only signers of the Otter contract may use him
~His shooting of hairs counts for the users 3 jutsu per turn.
~Spike stays on the field for 4 turns before returning to the secret palace in the seas of Amegakure

Description: The user smears blood on his Otter tattoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Ryūjin the water otter. Ryūjin is 4ft tall and is 10ft long. Although most otters can move with great speed on land and water Ryūjin tends to be quicker in water. Having a Natural affinity to water he is able to do Suiton jutsu up to B rank without hand seals. When summoned Ryūjin will stay around until he is no longer able to continue, he will also allow his summoner to ride on his back if they are on water.

He has an affinity to the lightning element and can preform Lightning C-rank and below if the user creates the hand seals needed.
Once every two turns Raikou can Fire a lightning bolt from his tail that is equivalent to a B-rank Lightning attack.

sits with his legs folded by a lovely rose tree on a snow covered mountain as a man approaches him. Jin observes the man as he walks closer. "I don't get too many visitors up here, So surely you are looking for me. What can i help you with?"

Bolin walks slowly underneath the tree, analysing the situation : "As a matter of fact, I'm here to meet with the owner of the otter contract, is it you". Bolin says in a more sarcastic manner.

"I guess you came to the right place.. Well then let's get started!" I quickly perform a single hand seal and clap my hands together causing a large scroll to poof before us. I roll the scroll out revealing its content to the man. Past signers as well as the symbol of the contract. "This is the contract for the ability to summon the Great Otters of Amegakure. In order to sign I need you to draw blood and sign your name here." I point to an open spot on the contract.

 

[21 Savage]

Bolin sees dried platelets of blood on the scroll, "eeww, such un-kept scroll". He puts his face away as he moves the hilt of his katana up to reveal some part of the blade, he swipes his thumb over it as it made a slight cut, with this, he wrote his name in the space allocated for him. "So..... What do we do next"

 

[Gèckö]

"Bolin.. Is it? Congratulations you are now a signer of the Great Otters. Now you have a choice of where you would like your summoning tattoo." I grin deviously to scare the man.

Not minding the scary face, "Right here on my left arm", he says pointing to his arm.

 

[Gèckö]

"Very well, this may sting a bit." I say as i remove a small senbons from my ninja pouch and infuse lightning chakra into it causing it to vibrate at a super high level. Acting as a tattoo needle i take the senbons and put it to the left arm of Bolin and create the symbol along his arm. "Alright let me know when you are ready for the next step."

"This is Spike." I say as i pat him on the back. "Spike is the first Otter I met and is incredibly reliable in battle, he doesn't have an element he can use but like the other otters he can harden his fur and swing his tail. Becoming a shield and a spear with the same ability. Now i'm going to send him back. I want you to summon him now, draw blood and smear it on your tattoo then focus chakra into an area through contact thus summoning spike. Through thought the desired otter can be summoned."

I snap my fingers sending Spike back to the shores of Ame.

Nodding to the instructions : Bolin bites his thumb and smears it along his left arm where his tatoo is, slamming his hand on the ground, a sealing formula appears on the ground thus summoning spike beside him. "Hey, I'm Bolin : nice to meet you"

"Alright here's the last part of the training.... Bonding with the otters, ever been to the hidden rain?" I walk towards Spike and press my hand on his side and you do the same. I perform a single hand seal causing the three of us to poof. When the smoke clears we arrive in a deep dark corner in the waters of the rain village. We quickly become submerged in water and we can see otters all around us. Welcome to Cathargo, home of the great Otters. "Now i want you to introduce yourselves to all the otters. Bond with them, become their friends once you adapt to the otter way of living. I'll be back." I clap my hands and return back to the mountain. (rp out a few months of living with the otters, then after describe the abilities of every otter except spike. They are in the first post.)

Description: This technique is the counterpart of the summoning technique, in which it allows an animal to summon the human that they have a contract with back to their side, regardless of where they are. The animal must be at least B-Rank in strength to have enough chakra to use the technique though all animals that can use Ninjutsu in any form can use this technique on their summoners.

Bolin has quite gotten found of Kazuma quite well and has taken him as his personal summon but still on equal levels with the rest of the group. From his findings he got to know that is able to perform B rank suiton techs without handseals and move at high speeds on water while the summoner rides on his back, bolin got to know this when they both went for surfing. Oni's tail is his own source of strength as he could knock out a grown man cold and has the natural affinity of Lightning up to C rank and a bolt equivalent to B rank. Okuninushi is resistant to B rank and below suiton and has the natural affinity of Earth up to A rank with the user performing the handseals. Shikatsu is able to perform S rank and below katon techs if the user makes the handseal and has developed a resistance to C rank and below katon techs. Kazuma, bolin's favorite can perform up to S rank wind without handseals and has a resistant to C rank and below fuuton techs. Bolin had a great time with the otters because he had developed his fighting style with them and developed a way of fighting. "Alas it was time to leave when the great one returned to take him back to earth"

Description: The user performs the earth flow rampart technique. Once the rampart has been formed. The user draws blood and smears it on his summoning contract. After performing a hand seal the user will slam his hand on the ground and an otter of his choosing would be summoned on its side. The reinforced fur would encase the otter protecting it from harm when it rolls down the rampart gaining momentum when reaching the ground the otter will dive into the opponent. The otter's massive size makes it extremely difficult to evade and it travels down the rampart relatively fast.

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.
