(Kawauso Kuchiyose No Justu:Shikatsu) Otter Summoning Technique:Shikatsu

Description: The user smears blood on his Otter Tatoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Shikatsu the otter.Shikatsu is 4ft tall and is 10ft long and is very strong. But due to his length and strength his speed is not that good.He has an affinity to the Fire element and can preform Fire S-rank jutsu and below without hand seals.Also he has developed resistance to C rank and bellow fire techniques.

~Note:Can only be used by the otter contract signers.
~Note:Can be summoned once per battle.
~Note:Shikatsu stays on the field for 4 turns before returning to the seas of Amegakure.
~Note:Every technique used by Shikatsu counts to the users 3 moves per turn.
~Note:Can use up to S rank fire techniques that the summoner knows.

Description: The user smears blood on his Otter tattoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Ryūjin the water otter. Ryūjin is 4ft tall and is 10ft long. Although most otters can move with great speed on land and water Ryūjin tends to be quicker in water. Having a Natural affinity to water he is able to do Suiton jutsu up to B rank without hand seals. When summoned Ryūjin will stay around until he is no longer able to continue, he will also allow his summoner to ride on his back if they are on water.

Restrictions:
~Only signers of the Otter contract may use him
~Every technique used by Ryūjin counts to the user 3 moves a turn
~Ryūjin stays on the field for 5 turns before returning to the secret palace in the seas of Amegakure
~Can only be used once a match.
~Can Use up to B rank suiton jutsu the user knows.

I motion to Ryūjin and he and I jump to mid range and I land on his back.

"Now Ryūjin let's get this started!"

As I say this Ryūjin gathers chakra in his mouth, while I send bug's spiraling in your direction to confuse you blocking your vision. While that is happening Ryūjin spit's out a fair sized amount of a sticky substance aimed at where you are standing to coat the ground.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Hmpf your atacks won't fool me :zonder:But lets just have a few moves.

I make my bugs fly around me,spinning wich takes care of your bugs and then I see your otter spittin g some high dencity water and as it is reaching me I stomp the ground with my leg and an earth crust appears over the water and captures it then my other breaths out a powerfull stream of fire at you.

Description: The user will stomp his foot on the ground and channel his doton chakra into the ground and mold their chakra into earth and use shape manipulation to make a slightly thick (enough for ninjas to walk on top of it) "crust" of earth cover the surface of a nearby water source (one that is in the ground and surrounded by earth on all sides). It would acts as a barrier for the use of water from that pond, rendering any water source unusable. This can be used to prevent water type techniques.
Note: can only be used thrice a battle

As the stream of fire come's at us. Ryūjin open's his mouth and let's out a jet of water that dissipates your fire. At the same time I raise my hand's releasing suiton chakra into the air summoning a massive amount of water above you (10 meters) to come down on you and crush you and your otter.
To seal the deal Ryūjin stomp's his foot on the ground sending a jet of water directly to the front of the two of you.

"Ryūjin: Well if I am to be summoned by him he must know what I can do."
"Joel: Whatever go eat a f^#king shell fish."

As I see a shadow forming above us I put my hands to the ground and create shelters of earth for all of us.I then see a powerfull slicercoming at us through a window I made on the shelter and I dissappear into the ground without you knowing because I was in the shelter.After thatspikes come all around you and impale you.
