Only because Sasuke couldn't use anything apart from Ameno. But Kinshiki murders 3T Sasuke in strict Ken/Tai-jutsu tho. Just imagine if Sasuke wasn't using his Sharingan to react better.

Sasuke normally uses his katana with one hand mostly in shippuden. If he fought with two hands I don't really think it would make much of a difference. Sasuke casually fought kinshiki pretty well and sliced a tip of his horn but at the same time he was pushed back in certain instances.

However there would have been drastic changes in taijutsu and ninjutsu department if he had both arms.

Yea but Sasuke also lost his dominant arm and can’t fight like he use to nor use his ninja weapons like vs Itachi and Naruto.
