[KG] Otsutsuki Techniques

The Otsutsuki techniques, despite being able to use a variety of KG based skills specialise in puppetry, using remote methods rather than strings as well as gravity based techniques, these techniques use the Mind attribute for damage, most Otsutsuki techniques are kept behind the potential of the Tenseigan
Right, I'll be taking over this, not that there's much to go over, lol. Anyway yeah, you've pointed out some of their traits. Regarding their KG, the Byakugan, I've already gone over that with you in your Hyuga training so I won't waste your time and do that again. Now for their clan techniques, afaik you're not picking Puppetry ( correct me if I'm wrong btw ) so currently you can only learn the Flight technique, as the others are either character/Tenseigan exclusive, so let's just go over that.
( Furaito no Jutsu ) - Flight Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( -10 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: Through the use of their chakra, the user gains the ability of unsupported flight and levitation. The user moves and maneuvers at his running speed. This can be used upon activation as a means of dodging attacks but afterwards cannot be utilized like such.
Note: This can be used by custom Otsutsuki clan bios, canon bios noted to have flight, and Juubi Jinchuriki bios.

You are correct, since my bio is a dual bio i do not believe i can have puppetry as well but please correct me if im mistaken.
Secondly there is a technique called the puppet cursing technique which has non puppetry applications, is it possible to learn that or is the entire technique still off limits?

Correct, since you're going HA/KG, you can't have an Advanced Ninjutsu.
And it's running speed not overall speed, that's an important difference. If you dropped LWs, you could fly at that speed as well. As for the Puppet Cursing, you can learn it, I just missed it because it's sandwiched between the Tenseigan techniques, lol.

Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive

Damage: 80
Description: The user molds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. This sphere is held and can be seen as similar to the Rasengan in appearance. By sending it at an opponent, the user can use these spheres to temporarily take control of an opponent's body, effectively turning them into a puppet, with limitations of course. It also has tactical purposes, allowing the user to read the minds of those it enters, mentally linking to the user. These spheres can also have damaging effects, causing damage if used as an offensive sphere of chakra, similar to Rasengan. The user cannot use it for both puppet mimicry and to damage the opponent in the same turn. The user can alternatively use the offensive variant through his actual puppets, not the ones used from this jutsu.
Note: Cannot be used to force the opponents to kill or injure themselves.
Note: Only two puppets can be controlled at a time via this method and up to Kage ranked. Hold over the puppets last for only a single turn.
Note: Can only be used by Otsutsuki Clan bios.
