基本情報 Basic Information

Gwendolyn Ōtsutsuki has a very unique appearance compared to many members of her clan. She stands in striking contrast as a dark skinned woman with a large flowing wild black afro. Her piercing dark black eyes, see all when she activates her Byakugan. Most noticeably, are two long white horns that protrude from her forehead. Her attire consist of an all white blazer jacket which has tomoe running straight down the back of it. She also wears all white shorts and tank top along with a pendant in the shape of a tomoe. She carries with her a nodachi, which is held in a long sheath allowing it to also double as a staff.

Personality: Born to be a warrior to fight against the Main Family on the moon, Gwen has a very serious demeanor. She ruthlessly pursues her enemies until they have either died or surrendered. She always seeks a challenge and has no problem picking fights with those she deems worthy. She is fierce in combat, sometimes relying on pure instinct to fight and overwhelm opponents. Since Kaguya's ultimate defeat, she has become very interested in Earth and has set her sight on conquering the entire planet. Gwendolyn does however possess a compassionate side, to those she acknowledges as worthy, she tends to hold them in high regard and will go out of her way to support them.

Description: As the founders of the puppetry technique, the Otsutuski clan have made great strides in mechanical engineering which has allowed them to make various multi-purposed puppets. However, they've also made strides in the manipulation of these puppets, granting them the ability to utilize their puppets remotely and without the need for chakra strings. Otsutsuki shinobi are capable of embedding their chakra into their puppets to allow them to act on their own recognizance as pseudo-sentient beings, independent of the user's direct control. Because they are free enough to act independently they simulate robots or clones in this regard. As a result, the puppets are free to move about at much longer ranges than they would under the control of chakra strings. However, due to the advanced chakra manipulation required for this technique, the user cannot cannot use any sort of clone jutsu whilst their chakra fuel the puppets. The user can control up to 3 puppets in total with this technique and can maintain it as long as their chakra allows them to.
Note: Puppets used under this technique have the same freedom of movement as any other sentient being (clones, summons, shinobi, etc).
Note: For humanoid like puppets, aside from their mechanized capabilities, they are allowed to use ordinary, non-chakra oriented taijutsu.
Note: Unlike actual clones, puppets cannot be put under genjutsu, nor will the user gain knowledge of the puppets experience if they are destroyed or the technique is released. Puppets are not linked to their user through any means that would allow them to sense each other's presence through this technique.

Description: A Combination Transformation where man and beast become a single entity. It is a specialty of the Inuzuka clan, a clan that has been walking side by side with ninken for generations. They coalesce into a bicephalous wolf, thus drastically increasing their power. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate great efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary power of destruction.
NOTE:Must be a member of the Inuzuka Clan.

Background Info

History:

Gwen is an Otsutsuki warrior who returned to the moon after the brothers defeated their mother. She was then dragged into the violent fighting once Hamura died and eventually adopted the ideals of the Branch family. When Kaguya reincarnated and was yet defeated by Naruto and Sasuke she took and interest in the humans and the power they had to acquire to defeat her. Disguising herself, she came to Earth and acquired the knowledge of the Inuzuka after falling in love with a man from the clan. She has such a connection with Ninken that she went on to make them her own personal summon. She now is traveling the ninja world searching for any fragment of Kaguya hoping to acquire her power.

大筒木一族 | Otsutsuki Clan
A prominent trait of Gwen is her relatively high longevity. While individuals like Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and a few others have lived for centuries, due to them consuming chakra fruit, Gwen's longevity isn't as great. However, she has still lived a reasonably long amount of time while maintaining her youthful appearance and energy. Aside from her longevity, Gwendolyn's chakra prowess is much greater than ordinary shinobi, giving her 500 additional chakra points. This is due to the natural power she possessed even before chakra. As the creators of puppetry, she has studied her clan's technology and has advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering, capable of creating various types of mechanized puppets. Interestingly, instead of chakra threads, they remote control their puppets using their own power essentially making them function like robots. Otsutsuki Clan members are also natural wielders of the Byakugan. As an Otsustuki she is capable of activating the doujutsu passively.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

犬塚一族技術 | Inuzuka Clan Techniques
As a member of the Inuzuka clan Gwen has greatly enhanced senses, By concentrating chakra to her nose and ears her sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing her to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away. She has three Ninken with her at all times nicknamed the Skull Trio. The Skull Trio are a band of triplets dobermans Gwen obtained consisting of two boys, Kujo and Bison and a girl, Inugami. They are mainly black with a long orange snout and an orange underbelly. They have small, red eyes and a black nose. Around their necks are a white band with a small skull-shaped pendant on its throat. There are two white bands on each of their ankles, as well as three rib-like ridges on their back. They have long, skinny tails with a triangular tip and three clawed toes on each paw. On top of their heads are a pair of long, curved gray horns. These horns are smaller on the female than the males. She has also signed the Dog Contract and is able to summon other various powerful ninken to her aid when needed.

Nature Transformation
Gwendolyn has obtained great understanding and master of both the Lighting and Fire elements. She is capable of generating a large amount of lighting chakra quickly with the use of a single handseal to overwhelm her opponents. She supplements this with proficient use in the fire element allowing her to generate large amounts of the element in a relatively shorter amount of time.

Taijutsu
Gwendolyn has taken a liking to hand to hand combat and prefers to fight face to face whenever possible. She is a practitioner of the Satsui no Hado fighting style and has mastered it to a point she manifest a red coat of the corrupted chakra when utilizing its techniques. She has also mastered the Infinte Sword Style.
