Otsutsuki Byakugan and Rinnegan

Maybe for the Otsutsuki, the true power of their dojutsu can only be effective once byakugan and Rinnegan used together. Like the case of Hagoromo and Hamura team up to defeat Kaguya which own power of both Rinnegan & Byakugan, same case with Momoshiki, Urashiki and (presumbly) Kinshiki too since his ability to absorb cakura and use S/T jutsu. As you know even in the third remake (movie/manga/anime) sharingan is no where to be mention even once by them.

It's Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan role suddently replaced by Rinnegan and accompliment by Byakugan with it? Does the Otsutsuki regards Sharingan as lowered version or watered of Otsutsuki main doujutsu which is Rinnegan and Byakugan?

At this point I won't be surprised if they are going to drop all kinds of Rinnegans to new, random characters.
But other than that, I think, that Byakugan is standard (default) Otsotsuki alien race eyes, while Rinnegan (or some forms of it) is their special eye when they eat chakra fruits.

^This, Otsutsukis kekkai genkai is the Byakugan, the rinnegan is a result of the chakra fruit w/ Otsutsuki blood and the sharingan is the result of an otsutsuki with the rinnegan watering it down by breeding with humans

Sharingan evolving into MS, then into EMS and then Rinnengan is superior than someone who just start out with Rinnengan.

Sharingan evolving into Rinnengan has the benefit of both Sharingan, MS and Rinnengan jutsu, while those start with Rinnengan lacks the Sharingan and MS jutsu.

If the Sharingan could evolve into the Rinne-Sharingan, then it would surpass even Kaguya Rinne-Sharingan. Kaguya does no have Susano or any MS jutsu.

OT: I’m truly disappointed that Urashiki had a Rinnegan as opposed to a Tenseigan, but that just goes to show the lack of creativity of SP team. But anyway, the Otsutsuki seem to have a disregard for the earth/human variation of the sharingan, for whatever reason. I truly want to know what classifications a Kekkei Mora Byakugan and Rinnegan have, and whether the alien Otsutsuki have attributes of it. It doesn’t make sense for a Hagoromo to have a Kekkei Mora Rinnegan and for Kaguya to have a Kekkei Mora, but not the other aliens; hell why isn’t Hamura’s doujutsu Kekkei Mora?

OT: I’m truly disappointed that Urashiki had a Rinnegan as opposed to a Tenseigan, but that just goes to show the lack of creativity of SP team. But anyway, the Otsutsuki seem to have a disregard for the earth/human variation of the sharingan, for whatever reason. I truly want to know what classifications a Kekkei Mora Byakugan and Rinnegan have, and whether the alien Otsutsuki have attributes of it. This show a Tenseigan is a whole another way to gain as oppose to Chakura fruits, Tenseigan need other combination of Byakugan user eye from elite branch and body from side branch. While Tenseigan weapon required collection of Byakugan stored altar like we see in the movie.

For me if logic appiles, if Sakura eat the chakura fruits probably for he to awaken Rinnegan is still there since Chakura fruits is the requirement for Rinnegan. Tenseigan is another story only those born in Hyuga/Otsutsuki and awaken their byakugan will probably will gain one.

Not really, if we’re taking the Tenseigan as canon then then the Tenseigan came from the chakra fruit and the byakugan’s seemingly abnormal mutation caused by Earth’s chakra fruit. Hamura’s own Byakugan evolved into the original Tenseigan (the one that was inside the shrine on the moon) because of the chakra he inherited from his mother- which obviously came from the fruit. Adversely direct Chakra fruit consumption has only been shown to give one the Sharingan, which is what Kaguya had and technically, we only saw her obtain it in that filler episode. It’s unknown whether she truly born with the Third eye or not.

It’s unclear whether the Otsutsuki have differing clans possessing different Kekkei genkai doujutsu. For instance, Kishimoto said that if a Byakugan bearer and Sharingan bearer were to mate, the offspring would have one of each doujutsu. Now Momoshiki has both the Rinnegan and Byakugan (even though he can’t see out of his Rinnegans) and despite it being filler, Urashiki also has both (but both of his are in his eye sockets)- although it’s currently unclear whether he has sharingan or Rinnegan. But tbh there are a lot of plot holes that need to be rectified.
