Other than plot, what stops Kaguya from sending Sasuke to another dimension?

So now that Obito died and his sharingan was destroyed, Kaguya could simply send Sasuke to the desert dimension again. What's stopping her?

I thought Kakashi would be the one to travel through dimensions but Kakashi of the Sharingan is no more.

Perhaps Sasuke will be able to move between dimensions using his Rinnegan.

I think it's just lack of chakra as well, BZ did insist that she moved to the dimension that would help her regain strength. Naruto and Sasuke are both aiming at her now, so it'll be only harder.

But, If Sasuke hasn't mastered the Rinnegan now, I don't think he will for a while so he'll just be stuck again since Sakura or Naruto have nothing to power to get back there, and most likely Kaguya would kill Sakura cause she knows Sakura was there as well.
