I think JJ Hagoromo and current Kaguya without IT chakra is on par or JJ Hagoromo slightly stronger than her.

What make Kaguya chakra surpassed Juubi is because she absorb IT chakra with her.

Non-IT chakra absorb Kaguya is on par with Juubi jin in power because Kaguya is part of Juubi.

Many people failed to see this small detail. When Sasuke or Naruto said her chakra is above Juubi, its because she absorb IT chakra and adding this chkara into her chakra pool. Kaguya is part of Juubi, that's mean her chakra is all Bijuus chakra. Bijuus chakra made Juubi chakra.

You are wrong. Chakra is spread long before Juubi exist. Or else whose chakra Kaguya absorbed when she used IT in the past? And who spread those chakra to human?

Before this I think Hago spreading his chakra after he becoming Juubi jin but I wrong. He did Ninshuu before that. Thats why Kaguya is so angry and used Mugen Tsukuyomi. But Hago and Hamura is still alive, that's why she chose to merged with Shinju and created Juubi.

How the hell would Indra and Ashura battle him when you don't even know exactly how powerful they were? Or how they fought? They don't even have the necessary hype to scale them properly. Logically they are much weaker than EOS Naruto and Sasuke were who wouldn't beat this Hagoromo.

JJ Madara was around the level of a jin less old Hagoromo. How the hell would he beat Prime Hago as a jin?
