The Ame Orphans I don't think were there yet. Nagato surpassed the Sannin, and Konan came pretty close. But Yahiko was probably only mid Jounin level.

Minato also surpassed their level of skill/power.

Shizune could be around Tsunades when it comes to medical prowess.

Kabuto is iffy. he without a doubt surpassed Orochimaru for a bit, but current Orochimaru might have sage mode too... We'll have to wait and see. Either way, Kabuto is stronger than a Sannin. This would be an improvement for Orochimaru more than a downgrade for Kabuto.

Anko should be -.-. But sadly she is a Special Jounin.
