Dies anybody recommend any new or other animes or mangas?

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, it's the best anime out there. It's not too long only 50 something episodes and it has a great story, couldn't recommend it enough. And if you're looking for an anime that's really long that you can sink your teeth into, I'd suggest One Piece because it's just as good as Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood in my opinion and it's just epic overall.

I really like One Piece, to me its a great anime and the manga is awesome.
I also like reading Bleach as well and its getting amazing right now, I'm a little slow on watching it though.

-Even though its only 2 movies Karas is a pretty badass... if you don't mind a lot of blood

Have you checked out Campione or Sword Art Online? If not I think those two are really good.

If it's epic fights you want, look no further than yu yu hakusho.
basilisk has some heavy ninja action, but is way darker than naruto. (little fan service here and there too )
soul eater was cool too

Anime I recommend are hunter x hunter the new 2011 version, claymore, soul eater, death note, samurai champloo, air gear, kenichi the mightiest desciple
Manga I recommend are one piece, psyren, rosario + vampire, toriko, hunter x hunter, toriko

Code Geass, Death Note, Inuyasha, Fairy tail, One Piece, Hitman Reborn. With Hitman reborn during the first 20 episodes you're like...WTF? But after the 20th or 22nd episode it really starts to get good and just continues to get better.
