his voice seems like the same voice actor who did the voice of krillin from dbz and zoro the same voice actor as piccolo also from dbz and luffy i am not sure but seems familiar​

I have heard the same actor in many anime shows...

the doctor from soul eater played the tech guy in full metal panic.
