what ?? oroshimaru ..... lol ok now, oroCHimaru was right, if tobirama didn't creat edo tensei, a lot of this mess wouldn't have happened (not bashing tobirama coz he is a BOSS). orochimaru was pointing out that creating that jutsu didn't support tobirama's intentions (he wanted peace and this jutsu became a threat to the shinobi world). now oro doesn't really care about peace so he will learn and do anything thing that would get him power. did you get it ?? what orochimaru meant was "you, the man who wanted peace and the safety of konoha created this extremely dangerous forbbiden jutsu that could be a HUGE threat to the shinobi world falling in the wrong hands, so this is not a good way to achieve your peace". oro never denied that he would do whatever to achieve power so call him trash as much as you want, he is still a major league top class BAD ASS of a villain.

Bash Orochimaru all you want, but no one in the NV universe has performed the feats that he has not to mention beating hiruzen while toying around with him, taking on the 4tail cloak naruto while toying around with him WITH NO ARMS OR JUTSU, taking on Jiraiya and Tsunade WITH NO ARMS OR JUTSU, the list goes on. Oro is boss, anyone who says otherwise is only lying to themselves.

*Oro was weak, the same kind of weak he was when he was beaten by Itachi and the same kind of weak he was when he lost to sasuke the only difference is that sasuke is now stronger and have a susano. Orochimaru would be stupid to try to fight him now and risk being absorbed again when he can simply bide his time and strike when he is at full power.
