I just think maybe oro is reviving the so6p using the edo tensei.if I'm not mistaken,to revive the dead the user must have the DNA of the dead .he only
need hashi's or zetsu's dna . they too had so6p dna So can you give your opinion.thanks

Orochimaru and Madara and Obito and Kabuto all wanted to have the SAGE RIKUDOU level of power & jutsu.

So Orochimaru still wants something on that level like the others did. Obito probably didn't care TOO much for that power though, but he felt it was needed to achieve his plans. Kabuto did while he was somewhat insane.

He couldn't capture and keep the 1st Hokage. Even Itachi managed to bust out of Edo somehow. Why the hell would Oro assume he could control the So6P? There's no way. He would probably break out, then immediately smoke Orochimaru for the insult.
