Oro's new technique

I was just thinking over it and was wondering is it possible that Oro has created a new technique where he can resurrect a person and then use the resurrected person's body parts as his own, like an Uchicha's sharingan. Since, we already have a proof that Madara and Danzo could use Hashirama's cells.

If Oro can do it, it will be EPIC!!

If he can do that he would have done on 1st hokage itself..
If this was his new technique then i would love to see it on muu( because he s kekka touta shinobi) for body and chakra and nagato(eyes).. Would be fun if it happens.
