Oro's body

I used the search bar before deciding to make this thread, although I seriously doubt someone hasn't brought this up before but I really want to hear what someone has to say to defend this (aside from PNJ U_U)

I have a real problem with this page:

How in the world does Oro generate a whole body from this cursed seal? I would understand a little bit more if maybe Oro took over Anko's body... But to regenerate his WHOLE body from the chakra in the cursed seal and a handfull of Oro's cells taken from Kabuto? I suppose it's possible that Oro's chakra was used to stimulate his cells to multiply to turn a handfull of Oro's cells into a whole body, but imagine how much his life span of that host body would be cut short...

Basically I'm very confused by the whole resurrection, and think that Oro's body must be very weak right in order for this to make much sense. That's probably why he has no interest in the war, because he knows he's in a weakened state at the moment.

woops okay i forgot about that part, but still its weird. Imagine if someone had had some of Minato's cells (from I don't know like from a hair folicle on his hair brush at home that the death god didn't claim) could they have pulled Minato out of Naruto's seal (before the fight against Pain)... it just seems crazy.. (Or maybe a better example would be Kushina since her body wasn't sealed so it would be easier to get the cells)

What's hard to understand? Orochimaru's mind goes along with his chakra and every Cursed Seal user has some of his chakra. His soul never was sealed with Totsuka (snakes escaped and got burnt by Amaterasu) thus it stayed in the "impure world" since his mind was still alive in someone else's body.
Orochimaru's soul available + his chakra/mind + his DNA = boom, new Orochimaru.

The only thing that makes no sense is him being revived with clothes on
