Does Sasuke kill him when he's done with him?

Does he join the war?

Unless Sasuke kills him again, I see him lasting quite a while. He's not going to actively take part in the war. Plus, right now, only Sasuke, Suigetsu and Jugo know of Orochimaru's rebirth, everyone else thinks he is still dead/sealed, so there isn't really going to be anyone who is going to oppose him.
